The Kawlya apps for Zapier and Make use this same API. Prepare an API key in Integrations → API & Webhooks, then connect your account in your chosen tool. Their screens may change; follow the connector’s instructions.

Custom receiver

For a custom integration, expose a public HTTPS endpoint, create a subscription through POST /webhooks with source: custom, then verify signatures before processing. The API reference describes available requests and events.

Prepare your automations

Choose the events you need, map incoming fields to your business tool and handle duplicates and missing values. For example, reservation.created can create a CRM entry, while callback.requested can populate a callback list for your team.
